- Gaurav Bhatnagar obtained a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Ohio State University in 1995. Currently, he is a post-doc in the Faculty for Mathematics, University of Vienna. For 11 years, until August 31, 2015, Gaurav worked in Educomp Solutions Ltd., India’s premier education company, where he was Senior Vice President and Head, Digital Products and Solutions. Gaurav led the team that developed the popular mathematics learning website http://www.mathguru.com/. He also led the development of Rich-media materials and software programs that form the popular Educomp Smartclass. At the time he left Educomp, this product was used in over 10000 schools across India. His work is in the area of multiple basic hypergeometric series.
